This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will ship.
1. MADE‑TO‑ORDER PRODUCTION TIME
All Divine Threads products are made‑to‑order, including:
• Apparel (t‑shirts, sweaters, hoodies)
• Mugs and tumblers
• Prayer blankets and pillows
• Books and journals
• Bibles
• Personalized items
• Home goods
• Accessories
Production Time: 8–21 business days
This window allows us to:
• Print and personalize your item
• Complete quality checks
• Prepare your order for shipment
Production time does not include weekends or holidays.
2. BULK MINISTRY ORDERS
Bulk customizable Bibles require additional time due to:
• Volume
• Personalization
• Packaging
• Ministry‑specific requirements
Bulk production and shipping times vary
You will receive a timeline estimate when your ministry order is approved.
Bulk orders are final sale and are eligible only for replacement if damaged or incorrect.
3. SHIPPING TIME
Once production is complete, your order ships via trusted carriers.

3–7 business days (U.S. orders)
Shipping time varies based on:
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Holiday volume
• Destination
Divine Threads is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
4. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME
Your total delivery time is:
Production (8–21 business days) + Shipping (3–7 business days)
Estimated total: 11–28 business days
Bulk orders may exceed this window depending on quantity and customization.
5. PREORDERS
Preorder items are produced specifically for you.
Preorders are final sale
and follow the same production + shipping timeline unless otherwise stated on the product page.
6. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive:
• A shipping confirmation email
• A tracking number
• A link to track your package
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
7. WRONG ADDRESS OR DELIVERY ISSUES
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
Divine Threads is not responsible for:
• Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Delays caused by the carrier
