Are your products made to order?
Most apparel and accessories are made to order. Bibles are not made to order — they are authentic editions sourced from reputable Christian publishers. Personalization is added only upon request.
Are your Bibles authentic?
Yes. All Bibles are official editions from trusted publishers such as Crossway, Thomas Nelson, and Holman.
Do you manufacture or print Bibles?
No. We do not print or manufacture Bibles. We offer optional personalization and a boutique preorder experience with guaranteed authentic inventory.
Why do Bible prices vary?
Because every Bible comes in a publisher-set case quantity, each one carries its own Divine Threads boutique price. This price includes handling and optional gifting services. Case sizes differ by edition and may include 8, 10, 12, 24, or more.
ORDERING
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed because production or fulfillment begins immediately.
Can I change my personalization?
Contact us within 24 hours. If personalization has already begun, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer personalization?
Yes. Most Bibles can be personalized with names or initials. Personalization is optional and final sale.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
How long does production take?
- Apparel & accessories: 8–21 business days
- Personalized Bibles: 3–30 business days
- Non-personalized Bibles: Ship in 3–7 business days
- Bulk Bible orders: 8–21 business days preparation + 3–7 business days shipping
What is the total delivery time?

Most items are final sale due to their made-to-order or personalized nature.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We will replace it at no cost. Email us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
Do you accept returns for size or fit?
No. We’ve included a complete size chart along with a color preview. Because each apparel piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for size or preference. Please review the size guide before purchasing.
Are non-personalized Bibles returnable?
Non-personalized Bibles are final sale but will be replaced if damaged or incorrect.

Do all Bibles come in cases of 12?
No. Case quantities vary by publisher. Some come in 8, 10, 12, 24, 36, or 50.
Do you offer bulk pricing for Bibles?

Are ministry orders refundable?
No. All ministry bulk orders are final sale. We replace only for damage, misprints, or incorrect items.

Are digital products refundable?
Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
What if I can’t open my file?
Email us and we will resend or repair the file.
PREORDERS
Can I cancel a preorder?
No. Preorders cannot be canceled once placed.
Do preorders follow the same timeline?
Yes — unless otherwise stated.
ADDRESS & ORDER ISSUES
Can I change my shipping address?
We’re happy to update your shipping address within 24 hours of your order being placed. After this period, your order moves into processing and the address can no longer be changed. Please double-check your information at checkout.
What if I entered the wrong personalization?
Contact us immediately. If personalization has begun, changes may not be possible.
