Welcome to Divine Threads. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline important information regarding personalized products, digital downloads, bulk ministry orders, preorders, and file uploads.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Divine Threads (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a faith‑centered boutique brand offering apparel, gifts, journals, and personalized ministry products. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Personalized items are created specifically for you based on the information you provide. Because of their custom nature:

• All personalized products are final sale.

No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued once production begins.

• You are responsible for providing accurate information.

This includes names, spellings, dates, formatting, and any uploaded files.

• We do not correct or edit customer‑submitted content.

We produce items exactly as submitted.

• Errors resulting from customer input are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If Divine Threads makes an error, we will gladly replace the item at no cost.

3. FILE UPLOADS & CUSTOMER‑SUBMITTED CONTENT

Some products require you to upload a file (PDF, Excel, CSV, Word, etc.) for personalization.

By uploading a file, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it

• The file is accurate, complete, and ready for production

• The formatting is correct and legible

• No confidential, sensitive, or prohibited information is included

We are not responsible for:

• Formatting issues within your file

• Incorrect names, addresses, or personalization details

• Corrupted or incomplete files

• Delays caused by unreadable or improperly formatted uploads

If a file cannot be used, we will contact you for a corrected version.

4. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital products (such as journals, reading plans, templates, or bonuses):

• Are delivered instantly via email

• Are non‑refundable

• Cannot be exchanged or canceled

• Are for personal use only unless otherwise stated

• May not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly

If you do not receive your download, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will resend it.

5. PREORDERS

Preorder items are made‑to‑order and ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Estimated ship dates may change

• Production delays may occur

• Preorders are final sale

• Payment is collected at checkout

• Orders containing preorder items may ship together once all items are ready

We will notify you of any significant delays.

6. BULK MINISTRY ORDERS

Divine Threads offers special pricing and customization options for churches, ministries, and organizations.

By placing a bulk order, you agree to the following:

• Bulk orders are final sale

• Production timelines vary based on quantity and customization

• Payment may be required in full before production begins

• Shipping times may be longer for large quantities

• Customization details must be submitted in the required format

• Divine Threads is not responsible for errors in customer‑submitted lists

If your ministry requires a purchase order or invoice, please contact us.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times vary based on product type:

• Personalized items require additional processing time

• Bulk orders may require extended production

• Preorders ship according to the estimated timeline

• Digital downloads are delivered instantly

Divine Threads is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim.

8. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because many of our products are personalized or made‑to‑order:

• Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins

• Digital products cannot be canceled or refunded

• Preorders cannot be canceled

If you need to update an address, contact us immediately.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Divine Threads is not liable for:

• Errors in customer‑submitted personalization

• Delays caused by carriers or suppliers

• Losses resulting from misuse of products

• Technical issues with digital downloads

• Damages arising from incorrect file uploads

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, artwork, branding, product descriptions, and digital content are the property of Divine Threads and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
