Made‑to‑Order & Personalized Items

Most Divine Threads products are made to order, and many include personalization. For this reason:

 All personalized, custom, or made‑to‑order items are final sale. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item arrives defective
  • The item arrived incorrectly due to our error

If so, we will replace it at no cost.

 Ministry Bulk Orders

Because ministry orders are produced in large quantities and often customized:

All ministry bulk orders are final sale. Replacements are provided only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Misprints
  • Incorrect quantities
  • Incorrect personalization caused by Divine Threads

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect information submitted by the customer.

 Digital Products

Digital downloads (reading plans, templates, printables, etc.) are:

Non‑refundable once delivered. Refunds are only issued if:

  • The file fails to download
  • The file is corrupted
  • A technical issue prevents access

Preorders

Preorder items are made specifically for you.

No cancellations after purchase. If you need to request a change within 24 hours, contact us immediately.

Standard Apparel & Accessories

Because all apparel and accessories are made to order:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or preference. Please review size charts carefully before ordering. We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on approved returns
  • Divine Threads covers shipping for replacements due to damage or error

Return Address

For security and operational reasons, we do not publicly display our return address. Once your return or replacement request is approved, we will provide the correct return address.
